As a Choice Navigator, I provide personalized consultations to help families navigate Florida’s education scholarship programs. I support parents and students in selecting, applying for, and enrolling in academic options that best meet their needs. My services include guidance on:

• Choosing the right educational setting (homeschool, private school, hybrid, etc.)

• Curriculum selection tailored to student learning styles and goals

• Career and postsecondary planning for middle and high school students

• Support navigating FES-UA, FTC, FES-EO, and PEP program choices

• Clarifying scholarship processes and educational resource options

Note: I do not manage or oversee the student’s academic program or curriculum.

Annual Home Education Evaluator educator offering annual evaluations for home education students participating in the FES-UA program through Step Up for Students.  $25/evaluation

 What is Part-Time Tutoring?

Part-time tutoring provides instructional support for less than the full-time required hours (720 for K–3 or 900 for 4–12). This flexible model is ideal for:

• Homeschooling families

• Learning pods or microschools

• Students needing subject-specific support

• Afternoon/evening tutoring or academic enrichment

Hourly Tutoring Rates (Discounted rate for siblings)

General Academic Tutoring (K–12) $35/hour

English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Literacy, Writing

Test Prep (FSA, SAT, ACT, etc.) $40/hour

Standardized test strategies and practice

Enrichment Electives (Leadership, Art, STEM, Culinary, Coding, etc.) $30/hour

Small Group Tutoring (3–5 students)  $25/hour per student

Academic Boost 2 hours/week 8 hours/month $280/month

Standard Support 4 hours/week 16 hours/month $560/month

Intensive Support 6 hours/week 24 hours/month $840/month

Customized Schedule Flexible As Needed $35–$40/hour

Registration Fee $75

Due upon initial enrollment (waived for scholarship recipients)

Curriculum / Materials Fee $50–$100 If applicable, per subject

Assessment & Progress Review $50/quarter, includes written report

Late Payment Fee $25 After 5-day grace period

Home Education Instruction Program – Fee Schedule
Total Annual Tuition: $12,000

Annual Payment $12,000 August 1 Paid in full – includes 15% discount if paid by July 15

Semester Payments $6,000 x 2 August 1 / January 1 5% discount if paid by July 15

Quarterly Payments $3,000 x 4 August 1 / October 1 / January 1 / March 1

Monthly Payments

$1,200 x 10 1st of each month (Aug – May) Automatic draft or invoice required

Additional Fees (Optional or As Applicable):

Registration Fee $150 Non-refundable, due at enrollment (waived for scholarship recipients)

Curriculum / Materials Fee $300 Covers books, digital access, learning kits

Technology Fee $100 For student learning platforms and tools

Field Trips / Enrichment Activities $100–$300 Varies depending on participation

Tutoring / Intervention Services $30/hr Additional academic support based on student needs

Late Payment Fee $25/month Applied if payment is more than 5 days late

Returned Payment Fee $35 (For returned checks or failed auto drafts)

Financial Aid & Scholarships: Limited scholarships or sliding scale tuition assistance may be available based on need and availability of funding. To apply, request a Financial Aid Application during enrollment.
